We recommend that you use the ‘Airmail Insured & Tracked’ delivery methods for international shipments and the ‘Premium’ or ‘Premium Plus’ for UK deliveries; this will provide extra postal Insurance and postal delivery tracking. We will also send you additional information with your tracking number and postal method i.e. Parcelforce / Royal Mail etc. Items that are sent without postal insurance that are lost in the Post will incur a investigation by the postal office which takes up to 25 days and claims are not always paid out.
